The National Probation Service works with around 30,000 offenders a year, supporting their rehabilitation while protecting the public. It is not an easy job but it is a rewarding one with variety, training and the chance to turn people’s lives around.
People interested in these roles will be looking to give back to society, help offenders to rehabilitate once leaving prison and help them turn their lives around.
The proposed approach:
Visually striking and thought-provoking. Inspiring open-minded, empathic people who believe that people can change – individuals with the right qualities for the role.
This approach is from the offenders’ point of view, with statements representing obstacles in the way of them turning their life around.
