Problem: Develop EVP for Harrods department store. Show how open and diverse the place is and how everyone is unique and that is what makes Harrods so special.
Solution: Developed two concepts initially to try to show how people’s personal characteristics are shaping the face of Harrods. In the end the faces concept was chosen. We had a photoshoot over two days and developed it into a full EVP campaign including a beautiful film, filmed during the night when Harrods was closed.

The client decided against going with personal statements 
from the people and use their values in the end instead.
